Join 33 other gay and lesbian skiers at the Gothics Lodge (exclusively yours for the

| | | Accommodations |  Located in the Goldstream River Valley in the Northern Selkirks of British Columbia, Gothics Lodge is named after a group of granite mountains whose steeple-like spires are reminiscent of Gothic cathedrals.
Gothics accesses both the Northern Selkirks and the Monashees, and boasts an excellent variety of terrain, from a rich palette of tree skiing to open glacier skiing.

| | Active/Adventure |  Guides - We employ over 100 guides at peak season, making us the largest single employer of mountain guides worldwide.
Collectively, this group represents over 700 years of guiding experience. Approximately 70% of our guides are Canadian with the remainder coming from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, USA, France, New Zealand and Italy. |
| | General |  Am I Ready? - You are probably more ready than you think. Most people who Heli-Ski are fit, intermediate skiers - people just like you.
You are ready to Heli-Ski if you:
- Are at a strong intermediate or advanced level, choosing black diamond runs in all conditions,
- Have skied actively at mountain resorts for many consecutive years,
- Are able to ski in control on all types of terrain,
- Can side-step, traverse, kick-turn, and maneuver in other ways as conditions dictate,
- Are comfortable skiing in a variety of snow conditions, from boot-top powder to crust and crud, and anything in between,
- Are fit enough to ski for a number of consecutive days, and
- Can keep up with most experienced skiers, even if your style isnt as polished.
First-time Heli-Skiers should consider the Powder Introduction program. The expert instructors, also certified mountain guides, will see that any anxiety you feel disappears after just a few runs. |
